PPS21 Farm Diversification
Thefarmpage highlight Permitted Farm diversification planning policy under PPS21 Planning regulation for Northern Ireland. Planning Permission will be granted for a farm diversification scheme that can be run in conjunction with the normal activities on the farm. This policy is aimed at promoting sustainable types of businesses in the countryside including Farm Shops, Agri Tourism, Tourist Accomodation etc. The use of existing converted buildings is preffered although new buildings may be considered.
